Lincolnshire poacher is an eighteen month old cheddar style cheese with a strong earthy taste. Our Manchego Curado ewes milk cheese from Spain has a deep nutty flavour.  Grana Padano is a slightly smoother less intense style of Parmesan and is ideal for eating on its own as well as grating over food.  Blue Wensleydale has a sharp slightly salty flavour and a crumbly texture.  Finally an Oxford Isis.  A washed rind cheese with a sticky pate and rich tasting.  All these cheeses will stand up brilliantly to robust and rich wines either Red or White. 

Small size – cut cheeses are approx. 200gm

 Large size – cut cheese are approx  250gm
