Our farmhouse cheddar is a great cheese – the equivalent of our ‘house wine’ – and our reputation is based on it. If you think this is good then that is the quality we want for all our cheeses. The cheddars are kept by us until they are about 1 year old to produce a creamy well rounded flavour…..we could go on…..fantastic.
