Keeping Cheese

Our freshly cut cheese is ripened to perfection and once delivery has been received it must be kept cold in a refrigerator, especially in hot weather. If kept cold hard cheeses will keep for up to 2 or 3 weeks. Soft cheeses do not have the same keeping qualities – but will keep for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.

Serving Cheese

The true flavour of cheese can be fully appreciated when served at room temperature. Any remaining cheese can be covered and stored in the refrigerator.
